Parents & Guardians who are seeking to better understand parenting expectations within Canada. These workshops were developed with newcomers in mind, but is a great resource for any minority parenting within Canada.

Because the more you know and understand about caring for Children in Canada, the more confidently you can do so and also avoid common mistakes that may cause confusion or stress.

The Workshop always begins with refreshments and continues for approximately 2.5 hours with occasional breaks, discussions, and opportunities to share/contribute.

If you are attending with both caregivers or you’re the only caregiver, we have options for childcare while you’re learning. This may change depend on the specific scheduled workshop, please keep this in mind when registering.
